Pilot hired to fly banner over Cowboys practice dies in crash
The pilot of the single-engine plane had rather hooked a Bud Light banner when it slammed down and burst into flames, a witness told the Times. The pilot’s name has not been released.

An Eagles superfan named EROCK had organized the flight, in which a banner was to be flown Sunday over the Cowboys’ practice facility, reading “WE GOT DEMARCO”, referring to DeMarco Murray, the running back who left Dallas for Philadelphia in the offseason.

Hardy got involved after Cowboys fans started a GoFundMe.com campaign to raise funds.
