Chelsea Clinton introduces her mom Hillary at 2016 DNC
Clinton is set to tell Americans that she understands their worries about turmoil in the world. “Make it easier to get credit”, said Clinton, who promised that creating more jobs with rising wages would be her primary mission. “I will spend the rest of my life campaigning for someone that cares”, one Sanders supporter said as he left the arena while holding up a sign for Jill Stein, Green Party. “Your cause is our cause”.

But this moment, like others in Clinton’s career, went less than smoothly. “We wrote it together”. “Stronger Together.” Work together.
Chelsea appealed to voters that there was no one who would fight as hard for them as her mother and that one thing she’s learned from her is that “public service is about service”.
Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump speaks during a campaign event on July 28, 2016 in Davenport, Iowa. “We will not build a wall”.
Delegates from Long Island, New York City and the Hudson Valley got front-row seats to Clinton’s history-making speech, as she was the first woman to accept a major party nomination for president. Now they vote Democratic, but they like to say they’re independents.
Clinton also trained fire on Trump’s dystopian view of America.
Trump’s gaffe played right into Wednesday’s DNC speakers, who said it shows Trump is unfit to lead the United States.
“So don’t let anyone tell you our country is weak”.
“A change in leadership is required for a change in outcomes”, he said in the speech.
She said: “America’s strength doesn’t come from lashing out”.
Clinton called Thursday night a milestone for America in its quest for a more ideal union.
Referring to her nomination as the first woman running for President from a major U.S. party, she said: ‘When all the ceilings are broken through, the sky’s the limit’. She described her mother as “driven by compassion, by faith, by kindness, a fierce sense of justice and a heart full of love”.
Even if they did not support Barack Obama, many Americans recognized the historic nature of the election.
“Trump says he wants to make America great again”.
“I would argue that Trump has a little bit bigger job than Hillary, particularly with people of color …”
Clinton asked whether Trump would stay true to the phrase on the country’s seal – “E Pluribus Unum”, or out of many, we are one. Clinton said she’s not here to take away guns.

Trump also said “that’s”, not “that is”, if we want to split hairs on the issue.
