Hillary Clinton’s Historic DNC Speech Sparks an Outbreak of Ugly Cry Face
On the heels of the Democratic National Convention and with just over 100 days until the general election, Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine kicked off a campaign swing Friday that will take them through economically struggling regions of Pennsylvania and OH, which GOP rival Donald Trump has put at the top of his target list of swing states.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has made history by becoming the first woman to accept a major-party presidential nomination. But the biggest moment on the convention stage was when President Barack Obama urged voters to “do for Hillary Clinton what you did for me”. The 68-year-old Clinton won the nomination after defeating her main opponent, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders.
Clinton smiles during her speech during the final day of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.
He then began criticizing other speakers at the Democratic convention, such as former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg.
We’ll talk about the speech, and the divisions in the Democratic party with our panel.
The president’s swipe was somewhat personal with Trump being one of the most vocal leaders of the “birther” movement – those who doubted Obama was born in the US. “I see Americans of every party, every background, every faith who believe that we are stronger together – black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American, young, old, gay, straight, men, women, folks with disabilities all pledging allegiance under the same proud flag to this great, bold country that we love”.
Trump is only getting 8% of the Bernie supporters, but in his mind, there is are a wave of Sanders supporters who are going to vote for him on Election Day.
A majority of the Sanders delegates said they would support Clinton, and the disunity in the Wells Fargo Arena was more a vocal minority than a full-on rebellion.
Twitter users have zeroed in on Clinton’s gleeful reaction to the celebratory balloons, with some expecting further fireworks as her presidential face-off with Donald Trump kicks off.
“It’s not just a detail if it’s your kid, if it’s your family”, she said.

“I’ve had a attractive, I’ve had a flawless campaign”, he said. “From Baghdad and Kabul, to Nice and Paris and Brussels, to San Bernardino and Orlando, we’re dealing with determined enemies that must be defeated”, she said. She and her surrogates got the shot they wanted – over and over and over.
