Brown: Clinton’s vision for nation guided her convention
Crooked Hillary said that I “couldn’t handle the rough and tumble of a political campaign …” “If people stay home and don’t care and don’t get involved, he could become president”. “Our country does not feel “great already” to the millions of wonderful people living in poverty, violence and despair”, Trump said in a tweet after Obama’s address to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

“Tonight, I ask you to do for Hillary Clinton what you did for me”, he said.
Data compiled by ratings agency Nielsen show the Democratic event in Philadelphia outperforming the Republican convention in Cleveland all three nights so far.
See Clinton’s full speech, in which the Democratic nominee opens up about her upbringing, touts her accomplishments, and delves into her plans for economic, education, and immigration reform, in the video above.

Sanders supporters on Thursday wore fluorescent green T-shirts that said “Enough is Enough”.
Mrs Clinton emphasised her point by saying the Founding Fathers designed the US Constitution so America would be a nation where no one person had all the power.
Clinton called on Americans to consider Donald Trump’s “temperament”. Clinton began articulating her education policy ideas at union conventions this month and Republican leaders championed school choice at their national convention last week.
Four years later, Clinton was the junior senator from NY and already being mentioned as a possible future presidential candidate.
“We will ensure that for my daughters and yours, that they get to grow up in a world that everyone who works hard has the same chance to succeed”, the former environmental advisor to Bill Clinton said. “They’re angry. He was angry”, Trump said. “This is really your night”, Clinton said via satellite to a crowd of cheering supporters Tuesday night, once delegates elected the former secretary of state.
“Stronger together” was also a fitting theme when you realize how heavily she leaned on those who proceeded her to the podium this week to convince a reluctant American public that she should be president.
“Donald Trump can’t even handle the rough-and-tumble of a presidential campaign”. So let me tell you.
“It takes a president who believes not only in the potential of his own child, but of all children; who believes not only in the strength of his own family, but of the American family”, the first lady said.

The convention provided hours of glowing tributes to Clinton, including deeply personal testimonials from her husband, daughter Chelsea Clinton and Obama.
