Lena Dunham and America Ferrera Awkwardly Speak Together, Trash Trump at DNC
Elizabeth Banks made her entrance Tuesday night by mocking Trump’s entrance, walking onstage to Queen’s “We Are The Champions”. Yesterday, a different set of luminaries spoke at the convention, specifically famous actresses.

Lena Dunham said Donald Trump wants to punish her for exercising her Constitutional rights.
Dunham, known for her HBO series Girls, and Ferrera, who now stars on NBC’s Superstore, portrayed Trump as a man who fostered divisions and demeaned women and minorities.
“I’m Lena Dunham, and according to Donald, my body is ‘probably, like, a two, ‘” she began. (That got a big thumbds down from Ferrera) “Meanwhile 22 years ago, Hillary Clinton declared that women’s rights are human rights”.
More criticism of Trump came from an unlikely source Monday when reality television star Khloe Kardashian said she “hated every minute” of her time on his former reality series The Celebrity Apprentice.
“When I went to Cleveland last week, I was like, ‘Hey”.
Dunham has been an early and ardent advocate of Clinton’s campaign.
“The Republicans know they’re not ready for a debate or conversation about what our most pressing challenges are”, said Chelsea Clinton, who noted that the “rhetoric” against her mother has “gotten worse”. But she praised Clinton as the candidate who looks at those American lives as worthwhile. How does she do it? “I’m from a small town in South Texas and if you know your history, Texas used to be part of Mexico”.
“Grace was sitting up, babbling and smiling, and I leaned down between her legs and carefully spread open her vagina. Where do any of our female firsts, our path makers, where do they find that strength?”
The two then rallied the crowd in Philadelphia listing off Clinton’s campaign promises and how a vote for the Democratic nominee is a vote for America’s future.

It was a history-making day Tuesday at the Democratic National Convention, as Hillary Clinton officially became the first woman nominated for USA president by a major party, and her husband closed the evening by speaking about the real woman versus the “made-up” version he said Republicans presented.
