Midnight delivery of Harry Potter book
With the arrival of J.K Rowling’s newest addition to the “Harry Potter” series – the “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” play and accompanying book – comes another opportunity for kids to learn valuable life skills. The book’s launch isn’t the only things fans should be celebrating that day: July 31 also marks the birthdays of both Harry Potter and J.K. Rowling.

Keeping the play spoiler-free is all the more important as producers announce another 250,000 tickets are set to go on sale next week, keeping it running until December 2017. As such, they’re not planning a midnight party, as they did for the previous Potter releases. He has a son now- Albus Severus Potter.
According to reports, the pre-order of the book has broken records as the most pre-ordered book since the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” back in 2007. It features a grown-up Potter as an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic and father of three children who is grappling with his past. While Harry grapples with a past that refuses to stay where it belongs, his youngest son Albus must struggle with the weight of a family legacy he never wanted.
“Everybody is wondering: Is it new characters, is it Harry in a different role, is it his child that’s cursed?”
“This book is supposed to be the biggest book of the year”, said Bri Haug, the event manager and children’s leader at Barnes and Noble in Bradley.
Despite expected record sales, its US book publisher, Scholastic, has printed only 4.5 million copies for the North American market. Book sellers are confidently predicting it will be the top seller of 2016.

“The response from our customers to this release has been incredible, and it has generated such a buzz around the publishing world that we are happily anticipating a huge number of people joining our queue on Saturday 30”.
