“Look at my record”, she said.

Trump, seen here among his peers, vowed to “take the gloves off” as both candidates shift their focus to the general election.

Much of Clinton’s speech was targeted at Trump, while drawing contrasts with approach of her own party. “So let’s keep going, until every one of the 161 million women and girls across America has the opportunity she deserves”.

“Full disclosure, we know a few Bernie sandwiches were sold to Hillary supporters simply due to topping preference”, Pat’s wrote on Facebook. Trump says he’s the only hope. Washington state delegate Jim CastroLang, a Sanders supporter, said President Obama’s speech on Wednesday night showed how the parties differ. “Happy for grandmothers and little girls and everyone in between”, Clinton said.

In a detailed acceptance speech during Thursday’s closing session, Clinton countered Trump’s portrayal of a dystopian America, describing instead a nation with “the most powerful military, the most innovative entrepreneurs, the most enduring values”.

Hillary said Trump lacked the temperament to be President. “We, we will not ban a religion, we will work with all Americans and our allies to fight and defeat terrorism”.
