Trump on blood comment: ‘I said nothing wrong’
Trump spent the weekend working the Sunday talk shows – with the notable exception of Fox News Sunday – in defense of his comment to CNN’s Don Lemon. At one point, she even told her co-hosts Chris Wallace and Bret Baier to hang back if words were fired at her, “I said, “let me handle it”.

Still, Trump seemed unshaken by the dispute, touting his poll numbers and maintaining that both Fox and his rivals benefited handily from his presence at the debate.
Paul said of Trump at the beginning of the debate. “I want to help women”.
Trump, Paul and Christie got the most feisty in last week’s Republican debate. In an interview with ABC’s “This Week” today, Trump reiterated his earlier clarification that by “wherever” he meant her nose.
“I apologize when I’m wrong, but I haven’t been wrong”.
Trump has been outspoken with his disapproval of Fox’s debate questions that were asked of him, in particular, Kelly’s line of questioning about Trump’s characterization of women in the past. He has complained that the Fox moderators were unfair to him during the debate. Stone, however, said that he had quit the campaign, citing the Kelly controversy as a “diversion”.
The remark cost him a prime-time speaking slot at the RedState Gathering, the Atlanta conference where several other presidential candidates spoke to about 1,000 conservative activists.
“All I was doing was referring to her anger”, Trump said. Marco Rubio tied for fourth place with 8%.
“I don’t think that’s our role”.
“On women’s issues and women’s health issues there will be nobody better than Donald Trump”, he said. Chances are Donald Trump doesn’t know anything about GamerGate and ultimately doesn’t care one way or the other.
“I’m not going to be quiet”, said former Texas Gov. Rick Perry.
Trump told CNN he had “great relationships” with women and had hired thousands, including many top-level employees, adding, “I cherish women”.
“They were completely inappropriate and offensive comments – period”, says Presidential Candidate Carly Florina.

Although Mr Trump is ahead in the polls his campaign organisation is a chaotic affair and this weekend he parted ways with Roger Stone, a long-time political strategist.
