Clinton leads Trump by 5 points; has improved her image
Clinton followed her historic acceptance speech on Thursday as the first woman presidential nominee for a major party with a rally in Philadelphia before embarking on a bus tour of Rust Belt states Pennsylvania and Ohio. And her husband Bill’s number also went down well as he showed off some of his famous charm with his potted biography of Hillary & Bill: The love story. “So let’s keep going, until every one of the 161 million women and girls across America has the opportunity she deserves”.

Regarding terrorism and other national security threats, Clinton pointed to her experience in the White House, as a senator and as secretary of state – a resumé that can’t be matched by Trump, a real estate developer and TV star who has never held office.
It’s the other kind, however, who will decide the election, Luntz said, and they care less about policy and ideology but they are looking for a “unifier”.
Chelsea, a vice chair of her familys Clinton Foundation, said she was open to meeting with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trumps children to address the rhetoric and tenor of their parents campaigns.
Trump was a punching bag at the Democratic convention in Philadelphia, which wrapped up Thursday night, as speaker after speaker-including some Republicans – said he lacked the temperament to be president.
Sen. Barbara Mikulski, from Maryland, said it was time to fight for Clinton.
During a fiery speech, President Barack Obama’s former envoy to the counter-Daesh coalition made an impassioned plea, casting Clinton as an expert stateswoman as he riled up the crowd. “You know what? I’m starting to agree with you”, he said. But it’s perhaps a significant shortfall in the eyes of one person, in particular: Mr. Trump, who had taken to TwitterTWTR 2.02 % to brag about his speech’s “great” ratings last weekend. Addressing the GOP’s candidate directly, she said, “Americans don’t say ‘I alone can fix it.’ We say ‘We will fix it together!”
Kaine took a swipe at Trump for his business record, credibility, Trump University and his proposals to build a wall along the Mexican border, saying Trump “has a habit of saying the same two words right after he makes his biggest promises – ‘believe me'”.
Now she faces the challenge of gaining similar support from his supporters before the November election.
“I thought she might do something like that. But I’m here to tell you tonight, progress is possible”.

In the end, Clinton’s speech relied on numerous most familiar lines she frequently employed on the campaign train.
