Cedar Point’s water park to reopen after water main break
Cedar Point’s water park will reopen following a water main break that forced it to shut down over the weekend.

“We need it at an absolute minimum while we make this fix”, Sandusky city commissioner Dick Brady said this morning.
There was no early entrance at Cedar Point and the water park and two hotels were closed Sunday while crews worked to fix a water main break.
A park spokesman says it will resume normal operations on Monday morning.
Guests were offered rooms at the Breakers Express or Castaway Bay hotels that were not impacted by the water main break.
The park will be open for early entrance at 9 a.m., and 10 a.m. for all other visitors.
In June a severe storm toppled power poles leading into the park trapping guests for hours.
