Bernie Sanders says he’s ‘proud to stand’ with Clinton
Coffin said in an email on Monday.

“So I can see there’s a little bit of interest in my being here, and I appreciate that interest”, Wasserman Schultz said amid the cacophony, which began as soon as the Florida Democrat started speaking.
Sanders spoke to more than 1,000 of his delegates on Monday, telling them they made history but also urging them to rally around Hillary Clinton. The disclosures prompted the resignation of DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz on the eve of the party’s convention in Philadelphia, where Clinton is expected to officially accept the nomination for president.
Sanders supporters demonstrated outside the Democratic Convention, where they already managed to succeed in getting Wasserman Shultz to resign and to not speak at the convention.
“We’re exhausted of being put in a corner”, said Gail Gouveia, from MA. When Mitt Romney called Russian Federation “our number one geopolitical foe”, Barack Obama openly mocked him for it. Clinton and the DNC could be paying a political price for Obama’s arrogance.
Earlier, at a raucous meeting with his delegates, Sanders implored them to get behind Clinton and her running mate, Virginia Sen.
The revelations created further division within the Democratic Party at the national convention as Sanders supporters protested what they say amounts to an unfair, rigged system, and some vowing not to stand behind Clinton. Al Franken (D-Minn.) reprised his former career as a comedian to skewer Republican nominee Donald Trump. “The alternative is horrendous”, he said. He stunned the Clinton campaign with his broad support among young people and liberals, as well as his online fundraising prowess. But in her speech at the Jewish Democratic event, she said she would “go home and win my primary”, which was greeted with loud cheers.
Footage of the encounter became part of a campaign ad. “She’s got the heavy support of voters, families”. “And it will probably help her in Florida, which is not insignificant”. And there may be more fallout: Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has said US officials expect more cyber threats against the campaigns.

Lujan added that the emails in question ― the final straw for party officials who’d been calling for Wasserman Schultz’s resignation for months ― should never have been written.
