Donald Trump on Sunday professed his love for women and said he would be their best advocate if elected president, dismissing the uproar of his own making that has consumed the Republican presidential campaign.

The controversy was sparked on Thursday in the heat of the debate when Ms. Kelly asked Mr. Trump, “You’ve called women fat pigs, dogs, slobs, disgusting animals”.
Mr Trump said that he did not get to complete his description about how he thought Kelly was being so angry towards him. “[Kelly] was very angry”, Trump explained to Stephanopoulos.
Trump swiped the spotlight at the beginning of last Thursday’s debate when he was the only candidate not to rule out a third-party candidacy.
Trump said he doesn’t understand why he wasn’t treated well by Fox, but still, he’s at the top of the polls and maybe he should just leave matters the way they were.
“I don’t want my daughter in the room with Donald Trump tonight, so he’s not invited”, the host of the RedState Gathering, Erick Erickson, reportedly told conference-goers. But I just don’t want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal. John McCain, R-Ariz., was under fire for his CNN remarks. “If you think a [moderator’s] question is tough, imagine the pressure of actually being in the Oval Office”. “That’s what put you on the map”, Limbaugh said on his radio program.
“I apologize when I’m wrong”. I mean, I haven’t said anything wrong.
“I’m very much into the whole thing of helping people and helping women, women’s health issues are such a big thing to me“, he said.
He told ABC: “I cherish women”.
“He felt attacked. It wasn’t an attack“. She said the question was fair.
After his invitation to speak at the Atlanta event was pulled, Trump responded with a tweet, saying “political correctness is killing our country”. “You publicized that message to 3.6 million people“.
But Trump’s tirades aren’t going over well with some Republicans. “I don’t want to discuss that on this show”, he said. Marco Rubio (R-Fla).
“I couldn’t believe he even said it. Now he corrected himself a day later, but I don’t think that’s acceptable”, he said.
They are right. There is no excuse for a candidate who demeans half the population while vying to be the standard-bearer of all Republicans.
“This guy will be Barack Obama times 10 with enemy lists”, Beck added of Trump’s unpopularity with other Republicans.
The US presidential election is scheduled for November 8, 2016.
The Red State Editor-in-Chief then went after Trump’s inappropriate language.
Bush is one of several Republican leaders who have criticized Trump for an interview last Friday in which the real-estate developer used an allegedly lewd comment to insult Kelly.
