Potterheads feasted over the latest “Harry Potter” book that was released, “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Parts 1 and 2)”. Instead, it’s the script of a stage production of the same name, now running in London.
It is set 19 years after the events of Rowling’s final Potter book, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”, and also features an older Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
The entrance to the Palace Theatre is seen ahead of the premiere of the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child stage play in London on July 30, 2016.
If you would like to purchase the new book, visit the Books-A-Million book store at the Hagerstown Valley Mall.
“It’s great to get a new generation of kids and the parents who remember when they were kids now it’s been that long since we started all this process and get them all involved and you know just insane about reading”, Hermann said. “So, I’m thrilled to see it realised so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now”.
In “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child”, Harry struggles to raise his son Albus Severus Potter, who defies his father’s legacy and wants nothing to do with Harry’s fame. J.K. Rowling also added that ending the “Harry Potter” series would give fans something special as Harry and his friends will always be in their hearts.
Fans of the series flocked to bookstores around the world wearing wizard hats and capes to get their hands on a copy.

The play opens ahead of the November movie version of Rowling’s Potter spinoff book “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, and follows the opening in April of a second Harry Potter attraction within a theme park, this time at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
