New Harry Potter story released Sunday
Now, as the eighth book in the series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, is released and the two-part stage play premiered, J.K. revealed that this will be the final installment to Harry’s story. “So, I’m thrilled to see it realised so beautifully but, no, Harry is done now”, she said.

J.K. recently pleaded with fans not to spoil the plot of the play for other Potter aficionados.
“Hopefully many countries, at some point, will get to see it”. If you’re just about to conjure up the magic, here are some tips. “But if everything goes to plan over the years, we will get there”, a report in The Guardian has her saying. At the gala opening of the play in London’s West End theater district, JK Rowling confirmed the end of Harry Potter series, People reports.
The plays that centre on Harry as a 37-year-old parent, has not only received rave reviews but has taken the literary world by storm, becoming the most pre-ordered book of the year.
The globally celebrated writer has told Reuters that the release of the plays and scripts did not mark the release of new stories. It captures Rowling’s richly textured magical world, with its byzantine mythology, complex history and array of fantastical creatures. The adventurous book will showcase lives of all the three leads including Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger.
The actors draw both laughter and tears from audience members. Draco Malfoy was the most hated towheaded terror in fantasy literature until Joffrey of “Game of Thrones”, but his son, Scorpius, has fallen far from the poison tree. The parties are to include magic shows and costume contests.

When asked about her ambition for the production, she said she wanted “to bring people in who have never been to the theatre before”. “That would be an incredible thing”.
