Ryan Lochte debuts new hairstyle ahead of Olympics

Whether he was bored, or just looking for a new look, the 11-time Olympic medalist visited a hair salon. The bold look definitely makes us even more excited to see these guys bring home gold medals from the Rio Olympics.
Lochte isn’t the only Team USA swimmer trying out blue hair. Maybe Lochte wanted to change up his look a little bit. Based on their Instagram comments, his fans seemed like they weren’t too pleased over the whole thing, with many saying that they thought the color made him look like an old man. “The color of his hair is debatable from the pictures, despite Lochte’s “#lightblue” hashtag on the photos.

Yes, in an Instagram posted on Sunday, Lochte showed off his futuristic silver-blue new ‘do while posed in front of a brick wall. The colorist often uses Oway’s organic products to help maintain the hair health during the dyeing process, and she did the same to help Lochte achieve his striking platinum hue.
