Street artist paints over Hillary Clinton mural after council fine threat
And furthermore, isn’t it possible that a mural of a semi-nude Hillary Clinton is more offensive than the same kind of image of her rival Donald Trump, who has publicly talked about his “hand” size and joked about Clinton getting “schlonged?”

The council had asked the business owner to remove the mural.
Social network Instagram has been accused of “bias” and “censorship” after the artist behind a provocative Hillary Clinton mural in Melbourne, Australia had his account deleted from the site. A satirical mural featuring both Clinton and Trump was uploaded to his Instagram account and pokes fun at the race.
“We believe that this mural is offensive because of the depiction of a near-naked woman, not on the basis of disrespect to Hillary Clinton, and it is not in keeping with our stance on gender equity”, the council chief executive, Stephen Wall, said. If anything, Melbourne should get rid of the Clinton mural because it’s not even really all that good.
The artist Lushsux painted the mural on a wall in Footscray West last week, with, he says, the permission of the business – a wheelchair and mobility scooter shop called Mr Mobility.
“If the matter proceeds to prosecution, it would be through the Magistrate’s Court, which will determine any fine and damages to be paid”.
The artist revealed the risqué mural, originally captioned “stupid sexy Hillary”, shortly after Clinton became the first woman to accept a presidential nomination in the United States of America.
“No reasonable individual would consider this offensive”. Lushsux later added Trump’s face over the explicit parts of the latter mural “so as not to cause any offence”. “If you do consider it offensive you are a sexist, racist, islamophobic, xenophobic, uncultured and ignorant bigot”.
“Someone from the council came in and said it has to go and I wasn’t very happy”, she said.
Lushsux said the wall no longer feature a “supposed “offensive and near naked” Hillary Clinton, it’s now a depiction of a attractive Muslim woman”. I just find it pretty tacky.

“No one could be offended by that”, he told The Age.
