Trent Richardson‘s time in Baltimore has quickly come to an end.

3 pick in the 2012 draft, has been on four teams in the past four seasons and has not played in the league since 2014. But Richardson battled sickness in fall drills and was released prior to the 2015 season.

“Putting on a yellow jacket”, he said.

Still, Richardson lasted only three months with the Ravens because of the same conditioning and injury issues that have marred his career.

Richardson was always considered a long shot to make the Ravens.

Richardson underwent arthroscopic knee surgery to fix an existing condition, putting him on the shelf at a time when he was fighting for a spot on the Ravens’ roster.

Regardless, it isn’t going to work out for him in Baltimore after a hamstring injury sidelined him for OTAs and kept him on the PUP list for the start of training camp. Meanwhile, Terrance West has made a strong impression through the first few days of camp, perhaps positioning himself to join Justin Forsett, Javorius Allen and Kenneth Dixon (knee) on the final roster.
