Trump Slams Clinton For Not Mentioning Radical Islam

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton made the case against her Republican rival, Donald Trump, in her convention speech Thursday night.

Eight years after losing her Democratic nomination race to Barack Obama, the former first lady, U.S. senator from NY and secretary of State also sought to reintroduce herself to the American people, with the help of testimonials from other speakers and a biographical film.

Clinton spent most of her speech denouncing Trump’s policies as she already begins to gear up for a tough few months ahead before she faces Trump in the November general elections.

Helping Clinton with her task of appearing as the steady hand at the tiller were retired United States military generals, Republicans furious over the rise of Trump, and in one of the night’s most poignant moments, a Muslim father with “undivided loyalty” to America and whose son was killed in a suicide bombing in Iraq.

“No, Donald, you don’t”, she sneared. This week, Clinton dominated Trump. “How does she keep going amid the sound and fury of politics?” she said.

Sen. Tim Kaine and Vice President Joe Biden heckled Trump at the Democratic National Convention to release his tax returns. “He wants to divide us.He wants us to fear the future and fear each other”, she said.

Eastern, Trump had sent 21 tweets since Clinton’s speech, many of them in the broken, angry style that differentiate Trump’s whimsical musings from the coordinated messages that come from his campaign staff.

“People ask me how does she do it”.

“My wonderful, thoughtful, hilarious mother”, the 36-year-old said, adding: “She was always there for me”.

While Clinton must play to the party’s base – and seek to soothe bruised Sanders supporters – a key mission was to appeal to crossover voters and independents wary of Trump.

She said she hopes, “We can all live together in harmony and understand that we have differences and appreciate those who are different”. Melania Trump faced widespread criticism for reusing the first lady’s words, although her speechwriter later took the blame for the gaffe. The conventional wisdom says that Americans are angry and want an outsider, somebody who will shake things up.
