Interim Chair Donna Brazile Apologizes for DNC Email Leak

“As Party Chair, this week I will open and close the Convention and I will address our delegates about the stakes involved in this election not only for Democrats, but for all Americans”, Wasserman Schultz added. “We know that the voices in this room that are standing up and being disruptive, we know that’s not the Florida that we know”, Wasserman Schultz shouted over the crowd. “All right, everybody. Now, settle down”.

The DNC is now turning to CNN and ABC News contributor Donna Brazile to take over as interim Democratic National Committee chair. “Because I will cuss out the Sanders camp!”

“Trump thinks he can win votes by fanning the flames of fear and hatred”, Warren said in excerpts released ahead of her speech.

His speech hit all the familiar themes of his presidential campaign with little direct praise for Hillary Clinton.

And from the Wall Street Journal: “Leaders of the Democratic Party’s progressive wing worked to unify a party divided after a day of turmoil, with Vermont Sen”.

Despite the embarrassing email leak, Podesta said Clinton had beaten Sanders fair and square. “I had thought that she would have thought better of it, but she did not”. The exception may have been US Senator Ted Cruz of Texas, who declined to endorse Trump on stage and drew boos from the convention hall.

Supporters of Mr. Sanders had long complained the party unfairly favored Mrs. Clinton when they should have remained neutral.

Henson and Albert were working on their first campaign and weren’t ready Monday to announce a switch to Clinton.

“Instead, Putin and his leadership are trying to influence Clinton and her future stance toward Europe’s missile defenses and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation expansion”, he said. “They’re not going to get on property if they do”.

“He’s moved the party in some very impressive ways”, he said. Wasserman Schultz wouldn’t help. “Crazy Bernie’s going insane right now”, he said. Eleanor Sobel, D-Hollywood. This week, they are Sanders delegates at the convention.

Many of Sanders’ supporters have been reluctant to throw their support behind Hillary Clinton, who defeated Sanders to become the Democratic nominee for president.

The timing of the emails threatened to undermine the call for healing and unity after a contentious primary battle between Clinton and Sanders.

Sanders went on to say where Clinton and him meet in the middle on issues, including college debt. “That’s what this campaign has been about”, Sanders said. To be sure, US hands aren’t clean.

Solomon, whose group communicates with 1,250 Sanders delegates, said supporters were weighing a number of floor protest actions this week. “It’s time to end her political career for good”.

But even supporters of Wasserman Schultz seemed unsure about how much damage the events could cause the longtime lawmaker.
