In an another horrific incident, a teacher was allegedly gangraped at gunpoint near National Highway 24 in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly on Tuesday. The distressed father, who is a cab driver by profession said, “We were looted and beaten and we all know what they did to my daughter”. Police said the school principal would usually pick her up from the highway, as the road to the school is a secluded stretch. The three men, who had their faces covered, pulled her inside the van and gang-raped her.
Senior police officers, including Inspector General Vijay Singh Meena, and others reached the crime scene to investigate.
While two of the abductors raped her at gun point, a third filmed the act and threatened to post a mobile video on social media if she reported the incident.
Barely three days ago, five to six people had allegedly raped a woman and her teenage daughter for three hours after dragging them out of their auto.
