Khizr Khan and his wife Ghazala Khan were the parents of Army Captain Humayun Khan, who was killed in Baghdad in 2004.

For several days, the media has been gushing about Khizr Kahn’s emotional speech – and his forceful denunciation of GOP nominee Donald Trump – at the Democratic national convention in Philadelphia.
In typical fashion, Trump criticized Ghazala Khan, suggesting that she wasn’t allowed to speak because she is a Muslim woman.
After a series of comments by Trump about Mexicans, Muslims, a handicapped journalist and parents of a dead soldier – among other inflammatory remarks – Cotton wouldn’t say when enough is enough.
Khizr, who spoke publicly, said Trump disparages Muslims and has “sacrificed nothing and no one”, pulling out his pocket-size Constitution and saying he doubted Trump had ever read it and inviting the candidate to borrow his. The responses showed the awkward position some Republicans are in as they try to condemn Trump’s remarks while not renouncing his candidacy.
Trump’s battle with the Khans has also taken on a darker, more Trumpian tone.
“The real problem here are the radical Islamic terrorists who killed him, and the efforts of these radicals to enter our country to do us further harm”. She said Tuesday, “I am deeply dismayed with what Donald Trump is saying”.
“Actually, I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here”, the Republican nominee said to laughter and applause.
Cantor’s statement continued: “Donald Trump has repeatedly belittled great American warriors like John McCain and Humayun Khan, among the best our country has to offer, and it is time that he apologize for his reckless denigration of those that actually fight to protect our freedoms”.
Senator Chuck Grassley, from the swing state of Iowa, said “Mr. Trump’s comments are not in line with my own beliefs about how the members of the military and their families should be treated”. Trump said. “I think I’ve made a lot of sacrifices”.
“Anytime from now on when that question is asked, if I change my mind, I’ll let you know”, he told reporters.

“Anyone could see how hard that time. was when I was standing there in front of America”, Khan explained.
