Donald Trump was wrong in his Khan criticism

The billionaire and former reality television star who hopes to lead the U.S. was “incapable intellectually and mentally” of understanding how he has helped boost recruitment for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group with his “fear-mongering”, Khan said.

Arizona Senator John McCain ripped through Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s controversial comments about the family of a slain Muslim-American soldier, and urged Americans not to associate Republicans with Trump’s views.

Trump has drawn fire from Republicans and others after criticizing Khan’s parents Khizr and Ghazala Khan, who spoke against him at the Democrat National Convention last week.

Trump responded by suggesting that Khan’s wife, Ghazala Kahn, who stood on stage with him, was forbidden from speaking due to their Muslim faith.

On Tuesday, Deacon, who is running for New York’s 24th Congressional District seat against Katko, was critical of the incumbent for not issuing a rebuke of Trump’s comments. Earlier today, the Veterans of Foreign Wars denounced Trump, with leader Brian Duffy saying, “Election year or not, the VFW will not tolerate anyone berating a Gold Star family member for exercising his or her right of speech or expression”.

“In recent days, Donald Trump disparaged a fallen soldier’s parents”.

Then, after widespread criticism from Republicans on Sunday, Trump wrote another tweet Monday morning which read: “Mr. Khan, who does not know me, viciously attacked me from the stage of the DNC and is now all over T.V. doing the same – Nice!”

“It is time for Donald Trump to set the example for our country and the future of the Republican Party”, he said.

Cantor also called on current Sheriff Shaun Golden, a Republican, to join him in “demanding an apology to the Khan family and he should stop supporting Trump with his fundraisers and the continued advertisement of signs for his candidate”.

“As a daughter of immigrants, and a daughter and granddaughter of veterans, I honor the service and sacrifice of Capt”.

In an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Trump responded to Khan’s speech. “I work very, very hard”. “You did not serve”, Khan said.

“We have been watching him malign even the senior-most leaders of his own party”, Khan said.
