House will function once Sushma Swaraj answers questions: Rahul Gandhi

The Congress has been demanding the resignation of Ms Swaraj as well as Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje for having helped Mr Modi, the former Indian Premier League (IPL) chief, and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan over the Vyapam scam. Meanwhile, in a signal of cracks in opposition unity, Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav assured Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Monday that his party would not join the protests led by the Congress in the Lok Sabha.
