Kimye could face jail over secret Taylor Swift recordings

Kim reportedly chose to act because she didn’t want people thinking Kanye is a “liar” after Taylor previously insisted she had never given her approval to the song.

“All I give a f*ck about is just you as a person and as a friend”, Kanye says while Taylor chimes in with “Oh, that’s sweet”.

Taylor responded in an Instagram post, saying: “You don’t get to control someone’s emotional response to being called ‘that b****’ in front of the entire world”.

Kim Kardashian recently exposed Swift as fake and a liar by releasing video footage proving Swift knew about West’s controversial song, “Famous”, despite publicly claiming otherwise. Swift has maintained she didn’t know the lyrics would cut that deep, but the Kardashian and West clans have said she knew all along.

They also threatened to file criminal charges since it’s a felony to record a “confidential communication” in California. Multiple sources say that the “Blank Space” singer had no idea that the phone call was being recorded.

It has now emerged that Kim Kardashian could face legal action as even if she wasn’t the one that made the recording, she is the one responsible for sharing the private conversation on her social media account.

The legality of the recording will all depend on where the call was recorded.
