When you click on a Live Tile in the current Windows 10, you are taken to the app’s homepage.

Share your own views with fellow readers whether upgrade is better than coming up with a new version of Windows as Microsoft is lately believing.

Fortunately, there is still a way to get the free Windows 10 upgrade, as Microsoft is still offering the update at no cost for users of assistive technologies. Once there, click on “Update & Security” followed by “Windows Update”.

The new software will be called Windows 10 Anniversary Update.

MICROSOFT WILL begin rolling out the long-awaited Anniversary Update, codenamed Redstone, to the baying masses on Tuesday.

Till date, more than 350m devices have been upgraded since Windows 10 was released in July 2015. For the 32-bit version you’ll need 16GB of internal storage, and 20GB for the 64-bit version. Firstly the Microsoft Surface devices would get these update, followed by the devices which came with it. The update also overhauls the web browser Microsoft Edge. This badge is similar to the badge that iOS and Windows 10 Mobile users get on their smartphones. This would enable users to capture pictures quickly.

Given how much Microsoft advertised the free Windows 10 upgrade (not to mention those upgrade notifications and pop-ups), it’s pretty certain that nearly everyone who wanted to move to Windows 10 for free has already done that.
