Suge Knight Sent Men To Kill Eminem In 2001 – Bodyguard’s Shocking Claim
The man also known as “Big Naz” appeared on the always entertaining Murder Master Music Show to reveal a story where Suge Knight allegedly tried to have Eminem roughed up on account of his longstanding beef with Dr. Dre. The paper cites an interview given by a former bodyguard of Eminem who claims that during the 2001 Source Awards, he and co-workers had to quickly to get the rapper out of life-threatening danger.

As noted by Williams, he accompanied Eminem to the hip-hop and R&B awards show but did not sit next to him due to the event’s seating arrangement.
“He’s beefing with all these guys in these red shirts”, Big Naz says. Then, during the event, he saw a group of people standing around Eminem and arguing with him.
Williams said that the group threatened him and Eminem, noting they represented Knight’s label, Death Row Records.
It has been widely reported that Williams said that Knight was setting up Em to be killed, but he clearly only says “strong arm”.
Tonight, ABC’s 20/20 will investigate the death of 16-year-old Annie McCann.
Suge Knight – also a rapper – is now awaiting trial for murder and has been linked to several crimes throughout his career.

Rapper 50 Cent has also alleged in the past that “Suge was going to kill Dre” and some have made claims linking Knight to the deaths of rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur, the latter of which was fatally wounded in a drive-by shooting as he rode in Knight’s auto. When we got there, vacation mode was over, we were lockin’-n-loading, putting on bullet proof vests with their wives and girlfriends sitting next to them. “There was a situation at the Source Awards, which was our first encounter with Suge Knight and his henchmen”, he says in the above clip. Knight turned himself into the LA County Sheriff’s Department the next morning.

Prior records of violence that Knight was involved in include a 1987 domestic violence charge, followed by 1990 battery charge.
