Syrian government forces hit Aleppo hospitals

Although the U.S isn’t ready to officially pronounce the incident a chemical attack, however, there is confidence that it was indeed a chemical attack, a top US official said to CNN on Tuesday evening.

“Each of these assaults constitutes a war crime”, Brown said.
Syrian jets also struck rebel-held Sukari, Seif al Dawlah and Salah al Deen neighborhoods in stepped-up raids on residential areas, rebels said.
“This has resulted in an electricity blackout throughout the city and has left residents throughout Aleppo with no access to water through the public water network, although some water is still available through wells and tanks”, it says.
A video shared online appeared to show what activists claimed was a destroyed aid convoy near Aleppo.

According to local reports, the children have been burning tyres not only to deter air strikes but also to send out a message to inform “the world and the United Nations” of their plight.
