US homeowner sues Pokemon Go creators for property ‘invasion’
The developers of Pokémon GO, Niantic, have denied gifting a player in OH an Articuno, one of the game’s ultra-rare characters.

The “Pokemon Go” thread on Reddit points to the Android smartwatch app called “Smart Pokemon Go”, which basically shows where Pokemon are on the map, with pretty precise accuracy.
Among legendary Pokemon assigned by mistake, users found out there was Articuno.
For the past few weeks, Niantic Labs has actively been terminating third-party Pokemon Go trackers and interactive maps, showing the locations of Pokemon along with other details. “But we do want you to understand why we have taken the steps we have and why we will continue to take steps to maintain the stability and integrity of the game”, he added.
But now the developer completely removed the feature, and this left players furious as there is no clue exactly how far the nearby Pokemon is. “What you’ve heard from us is that we have been working on both VR and AR for some time”.
A thread posted on Reddit provides photo and video evidence that Articuno indeed exists on “Pokemon Go” and has been captured.
The creator of “Pokemon Go” Niantic has made some shocking announcement, as it has barred the use of the tracking app Pokevision, which has caused a lot of disturbance among the fans.
For instance, Pokemon Go Desktop Map provides a comprehensive list of all available Pokemon in a player’s close vicinity.
The game has been downloaded more than 100 million times, according to analytics company App Annie, and earns more than $10 million in daily revenue.
Niantic concluded with the promise to improve communication with players in the future. When not gaming, he’s probably running cross country or writing. Some of the warnings are about staying safe in traffic, but one also specifically advises players not to trespass.
