Trump Says Campaign Is United
House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., took a shot at Republican nominee Donald Trump Thursday, saying the billionaire “had a pretty odd run since the convention” and that he finds it “distressing” that he is not focusing on Hillary Clinton. “I wouldn’t have been in the war”.

As for Ayotte, who is running for a second Senate term and skipped the Republican National Convention, Trump said: “You have a Kelly Ayotte who doesn’t want to talk about Trump, but I’m beating her in the polls by a lot”.
“It struck me that the final speech was pretty dark. He’ll probably go down as the worst president in the history of our country, he’s been a total disaster”, Trump told Sinclair Broadcast group in an interview yesterday.
“As for me, I’m not up for re-election”.
President Obama’s argument to American voters: Donald Trump is woefully unprepared to serve as president of the United States. “To belittle and talk about people coming across the border being rapists and then to call a judge, a federal judge born in IN in a Mexican in derogatory way, that’s just wrong”. However, Ryan did endorse Trump earlier this year, despite previous reservations. Marco Rubio said he could not imagine rescinding his endorsement of the Republican presidential nominee.
Trump questioned whether Mrs. Khan did not speak at the convention because she was prevented from doing so by her religion and he characterized Mr. Khan’s criticism of him as “vicious”.
Christie would not say whether he spoke with Trump about the controversy. “To restore our country and home and overseas, we need new leadership, and I’m looking forward to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Donald Trump to drive that new leadership forward”.
“There has to come a point at which you say, somebody who makes those kinds of statements doesn’t have the judgment, the temperament, the understanding to occupy the most powerful position in the world”, Obama said.
That wasn’t the case, and now the Khan’s have launched, with the DNC, a full-on media campaign against Trump for his comments. John McCain’s reelection bid. “I think there’s something to be said about respecting those voters”, Ryan said. “I said nice things about the son, and I feel that very strongly, but of course I was hit very hard from the stage, and you know, it’s just one of those things”.

Trump’s rebuke to Ryan carried particular derision.
