Mike Pence Breaks From Trump And Endorses Paul Ryan
Trump, who secured the Republican presidential nomination during his party’s convention two weeks ago, remained defiant on Tuesday.

“You would think we ought to be focusing on Hillary Clinton and all of her deficiencies”. “We are a grassroots party; we aren’t a superdelegate party”, he said.
But Ryan defended his decision to endorse Trump while continuing to criticize some of his comments.
Trump’s attitude has cost him the support of several Republicans and has attracted the criticism of others.
A spokesperson for Speaker Ryan’s campaign responded to Trump’s comments in a statement saying, “neither Speaker Ryan nor anyone on his team has ever asked for Donald Trump’s endorsement”.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump seems to enjoy tit-for-tat politics when it comes to House Speaker Paul Ryan, but the strategy may not be effective, according to a Lawrence University political scientist. “I’m in control of doing the things he wants me to do in his campaign”, Paul Manafort said Tuesday.
Priebus “does want to show his support” for Ryan, a source tells CNN.
Reading from a speech held by a staffer Wednesday in Janesville, Nehlen accused Ryan of trying to undermine the party’s presidential nominee.
“(Manafort) has made clear no one can help him if no one believes he will do what it takes to win”, said a senior trump aide. The congressman faces a primary challenge from his right in Wisconsin on August 9.
Ryan on Thursday dismissed Nehlen’s campaign as “an out-of-state insurgent campaign powered by these scam PACs, staffed by out-of-state people”. He added that Ryan has sought his endorsement, but as of now he is only “giving it very serious consideration”.
“I$3 f there is some little Muslim woman who loses a son, you can’t”, O’Reilly told Trump Tuesday night. The only problem is that in order for the scenario to work, Trump would need to resign of his own will, which is a very unlikely situation. “And I just feel it and I felt it having to do with the primaries”. “I’m not quite there yet”.
“I support Donald Trump, the national security as well as the economy are the two most important issues that voters are going to have to decide”, Navy Seal Charles Woods, father of Tyrone Woods said in a statement issued by the Trump campaign. He also had a meeting with McCain and publicly endorsed Ryan.
Nehlen also criticized Ryan’s stance on immigration, refugees and trade. Last week, he issued a statement condemning Russian Federation for any alleged tampering in the US presidential race, after Trump said in a press conference that Russian Federation should locate Democrat Hillary Clinton’s missing emails – a comment Trump later said was meant to be sarcastic.
“Paul Ryan is loved in our state because he’s a conservative who has advocated for conservative policies”.
“We just came out of our convention and yeah, he’s had a pretty odd run since the convention”, Mr. Ryan said.

“Another person wrote to me, ‘I hope your wife and daughters are raped and murdered”, he said.
