Pence Brushes Off GOP Concerns About Trump Campaign

Trump on Wednesday dismissed suggestions that the GOP frustration was hurting his campaign. Trump charged on Thursday in vivid detail that the Iranian government released a video of the cash exchange to embarrass America.

“The alternative is that the entire party, the Republican Party, effectively endorses and validates the positions that are being articulated by Mr Trump”.

Last week, Obama addressed the Democratic convention in Philadelphia and painted this election as a choice not between a Democrat and Republican, but a Democrat and a demagogue who threatens democracy.

Christie, the New Jersey governor, continues to be one of Trump’s biggest supporters.

The turbulent week, backed by sinking poll numbers, has led to low morale within Trump’s small campaign team.
