Coffman’s ad about Trump a 1st for House Republicans

President Obama declared Donald Trump unfit for office on Tuesday, calling on Republicans to distance themselves from their party’s presidential nominee. “I’m in control of doing the things that he wants me to do”. Both had been among Trump’s harshest critics in the wake of his comments about the Khan family, particular McCain, a former prisoner of war who said Trump did not have “unfettered license to defame those who are the best among us”.

He says Trump, “strongly encouraged me to endorse Paul Ryan in next Tuesday’s primary”. John McCain in their primaries.

“I’m just not there yet”, Trump said in the interview.

And the woman who helped shape New Jersey Govenor Chris Christie’s national image declared that she is voting for Mrs Clinton.

The Trump campaign continued to push back against other unconfirmed media reports that its operation was in turmoil.

Ryan repeated what has become his standard caveat on his support for Trump after the GOP nominee makes controversial statement as well: “If I see a situation where our conservative principles are being distorted then I’m going to stand up for those conservative principles”.

The president’s comments come after Trump received backlash for his criticism on Khizr and Ghazala Khan, two Muslim Americans whose son died in Iraq in 2004 while fighting for the U.S. Army.

Republicans inside and outside of Trump’s campaign are brainstorming how to influence the brash billionaire after a series of startling statements, including his refusal to endorse Ryan. Adds the statement: “We call on our party’s elected leaders to renounce their support of Donald Trump, and urge our fellow College Republicans to join us in condemning and withholding their endorsement from this unsafe man”.

Another source close to the campaign expressed bewilderment over Trump’s fight with Ryan, saying Trump should focus on issues that actually matter to people.

“As someone who has worked to further the Republican Party’s principles for the last 15 years, I believe that we are at a moment where silence isn’t an option”, former Christie senior aide Maria Comella told CNN.

Drew Godinich, Carroll for Colorado spokesman, said, “Mike Coffman is still voting for Donald Trump who denigrates women, people with disabilities, immigrants, and the military”.

“The majority of this is ground support”, Mnuchin said on Bloomberg TV.
