Train conductor wrote apology letter to 500 passengers for wrong announcement
A train conductor said sorry for his wrong announcement in an amazing way by writing apology letters to 500 commuters.

The conductor, Michael Shaw, announced on Friday night “trust me and wait for the express train” but it had in fact been cancelled leaving passengers delayed and frustrated.
He felt very much sorry about the suffering of commuters on Friday night so he decided to say sorry to them on Monday morning. He wrote approx 500 apology letter and hand-delivered it to every seat.
The conductor’s candidness didn’t go unnoticed by grateful passengers who turned the Monday morning journey into a gala occasion.
