Kaine jabs Trump, praises Wisconsin voting rights ruling
Tim Kaine says Hillary Clinton will be the “you’re hired” president and will create jobs that benefit the middle class and help strengthen the country’s infrastructure, in contrast to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who he dubs the “you’re fired” candidate. Kaine said. “This is so very nice”.

“We need a background record check system to keep the weapons out of hands of people who have been determined too unsafe to have them, and if we have that, everyone will be safer”, Kaine told WTOP on Thursday.
Kaine’s visit comes on the same day that Trump is scheduled to make a campaign stop in the state as well, with a rally planned with supporters in Green Bay later this evening.
Kaine is now speaking at the Lakefront.
Hillary Clinton running mate Tim Kaine visited a Milwaukee brewery Friday to make a case for Clinton’s economic plan. Clinton is polling ahead of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump among likely women voters, but it’s a closer contest among men. A federal judge last week ruled that limitations on early voting locations, hours and elements of the state’s photo identification requirement were unconstitutional.

“If you get a tax break, or public benefit, and ship jobs overseas, we’re not giving you a tax break, we’re going to tax you”, Kaine says. Wisconsin’s Republican attorney general has vowed to appeal so the changes won’t take effect for the November 8 election. According to the Republican Party of Wisconsin, Kaine came to the state to try to fix the Clinton brand that was damaged by losing to Bernie Sanders in the April Democratic primary.
