Trump complains presidential debates conflict with National Football League games
Regardless, it brings us to the second problem with Trump’s conspiracy theory: If you want to, you can come up with any excuse you want to dismiss the timing of the debates. “The CPD believes the dates for the 2016 debates will serve the American public well”, the group added.

Trump’s campaign chair, Paul Manafort, told NBC’s Meet the Press: “Look, we’re going to sit down with the commission and talk with them”.
There’s been some speculation that Trump doesn’t actually want to debate Clinton. He had skipped one of the debates to do a fundraiser for veterans charities.
The Democratic Party was criticized during the primary race for scheduling debates between Clinton and Sen.
The Republican Nominee recently complained that the National Football League games are conflicting with his debates. Same as last time w/ Bernie. The sites and dates for the 2016 debates were announced in September 2015. And what we’re saying is, having a debate on a Sunday night or a Monday night is not the ideal time.
“Certainly, we’re not going to agree with anything that our nominee doesn’t agree with”, Mr. Priebus said on CBS’s “Face the Nation”.
The debate organizers agree that access to the debates is important, but they note that the forums are easy to find all across TV.
In a statement released on Sunday, the organization confirmed that the dates would not be moved.
According to the Washington Post, the Republican presidential nominee said on Friday that rival Hillary Clinton and her cronies had colluded with the media to schedule this fall’s presidential debates alongside National Football League games.
Donald Trump is deeply unhappy about this fall’s presidential debate schedule-and apparently a little confused about who created it. Scheduling the debates on a Sunday or Monday night in the fall is just a bad idea. Bernie Sanders on Saturday nights and holiday weekends, times when viewership is low. That leaves only Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which themselves may be affected by baseball’s World Series.
What Trump left out of his tweet was that Commission on Presidential Debates, a non-partisan organization who has sponsored the debates since 1998, scheduled the dates a year in advance.
The NFL denied that.
A Trump aide said Saturday that the Republican candidate was made aware of the conflicting dates by a source close to the league. The aide was not authorized to speak by name and requested anonymity.
Numerous people in the political sphere and, naturally, on Twitter pointed out that fact, but the corrections didn’t stop Trump from doubling down on the claims. Trump is already losing to support to former Gov. Johnson, and if he fails to show up at the debate, Trump will only give the Libertarian revolt against the GOP a national platform. Voters consistently tell pollsters that the sessions help them decide which candidate to support.
Trump backed out of the long-scheduled Fox News debate several days later.

Mr. Trump has already complained about the schedule, which is made by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates. A Democrat and a Republican.
