Donald Trump endorses Paul Ryan at campaign stop in Green Bay
“We need very, very strong leadership”.

Ryan acknowledged that taking over the speakership a year ago would put him in the crosshairs, but said: “I do what I think is right and I don’t worry about the consequences”. “We will be prepared to introduce legislation as quickly as we can do, so I am hoping that the outcome of the election, which I am working hard to ensure a victory, will send a clear message to our Republican friends that it’s time for them to quit standing in the way of immigration reform”, she said.
As Donald Trump is still seeking support from Republicans nationwide, one group of Republicans refuses to support him.
Trump earlier this week refused to endorse Ryan, telling the Washington Post he was “not quite there yet” – almost the same phrase Ryan had used about Trump before finally endorsing him.
Paul Ryan, whose primary for his House seat is next week, has chided Trump for engaging in a flap with the family of a dead Muslim U.S. soldier.
Among those on the team are John Paulson, a hedge fund billionaire; Dan Kowalski, a former staffer on the Senate Budget Committee; and Steven Mnuchin, a NY investor who is Trump’s national finance chairman. Many Republicans, including Ryan, McCain and Ayotte, were critical of Trump’s insistent attacks on the parents.
Mr Trump also endorsed New Hampshire senator Kelly Ayotte, with whom he has also sparred, calling her “a rising star”.
Some Democratic consultants say Republican Senate candidates might be able to run a few points ahead of Trump, but not enough to save them if Trump goes down to big defeat. “I am not going to try to psychoanalyze this stuff”, Ryan told Jay Weber of WISN as part of a lengthy slate of local radio interviews Ryan was doing Thursday and Friday in advance of next Tuesday’s primary elections.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker also skipped the evening rally, preferring to attend an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner.
“Wisconsin House Speaker Robin Vos wrote an op-ed on Friday saying he was “embarrassed” to have Trump as the nominee and warning that”, If Donald Trump wants to have a chance to win in November, he should start following Paul Ryan’s lead, not criticizing him”.
Complicating the Republican Party’s 2016 challenge are fresh signs the nation’s economy is strengthening under a Democratic president.
Morell said that as Russian President Vladimir Putin “played upon Mr Trump’s vulnerabilities by complimenting him”.
Mr Trump called his Democratic opponent “a unsafe liar”, “an unbalanced person”, “pretty close to unhinged”, “totally unfit to lead” and lacking “the judgment, temperament and moral character to lead the country”.
She addressed two of the largest issues that continue to dog her campaign: the controversy over her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state during the Obama administration, and continuing scepticism among voters about her trustworthiness.
Donald Trump escalated his attacks Friday on Hillary Clinton’s character, just as top former government officials are questioning his own.
Several Trump supporters responded more aggressively to Trump’s biting excoriation of Clinton’s character. “He made a deal with the devil”.
She also acknowledged that many people don’t trust her.

She added: “I’m going to work my heart out in this campaign and as president to produce results for people”.
