The Communication Workers Union, one of the country’s biggest trade unions, has reaffirmed its support for Jeremy Corbyn as the Labour leader vowed to put an end to “rip off Britain”.

LABOUR party members in Hereford and South Herefordshire are backing Jeremy Corbyn for the party’s leadership.
Speakers represented all aspects of the Labour movement in Herefordshire.
“Many residents are making it clear that while they continue to support Reading’s Labour council they want to see strong leadership at national level”.
After releasing the blog, Corbynites were quick to criticise Mr Jones for questioning the Labour leader, labelling him as a “Blairite”.
I joined the Labour Party a couple of months ago, too late to vote for him, and it was too much for me to pay the £25.
The attempted coup against Jeremy Corbyn was created to set into motion a process which would see a candidate who represents a clear alternative take over as the party’s leader. Calling for unity in the party he added that he was determined to “take it to the Tories”.
“We have a one member, one vote system, so MPs will have the same amount of say as all Labour members – exactly as it should be”, he said.
“We believe that at this time it is the Conservative Party that is our opposition and the adversary of working people in the country”.
“To win a General Election, we need to appeal to not only core Labour voters, but the wider electorate”. He continued, the “L$3 abour right have seen their power in the party drain away, and haven’t an idea to their name”.
The Labour leadership election is turning increasingly nasty.
Asked whether a Labour government under him might take BT back into public control to improve investment in broadband, Corbyn said this was not now a plan, but that he wanted to press the company on its “social obligation” with internet connections. However, the capacity of my party to unite, reconfigure, cohere and keep moving forward without all out civil war is astonishing: like that of a political Doctor Who. As he stated in Leeds Saturday, “There’s no alternative, there’s no other party”.
“Momentum was always going to have fringe events and make a bit of a splash at conference”, a spokesperson said, “but the way we wanted to do it was mirroring our politics, so trying to bring in voices that won’t necessarily otherwise be heard”.
