The other properties, numbering at a dozen plus, were valued at more than $21 million as a collective.

TMZ reports that the bank managing Prince’s estate has filed court documents asking to sell several of his properties and Paisley Park is listed among them.
That house, which was bought by Prince less than a year before his death, featured in his 1984 film Purple Rain and was used for exterior shots.
This week, it was reported that Bremer Trust asked a judge for permission to offer almost 20 properties owned by Prince, including the musician’s Chanhassen recording complex where he was found dead.
The bank is reportedly working with a real estate agent on the listing, for an appraisal of around $7 million. They’d rather see it be turned into a museum. It would be for the fans. “Prince was always private, but would have wanted his music remembered”.
The singer’s half-brother, Alfred Jackson, wants to turn Paisley Park into a museum in the star’s honor.
Trust officer Alison Hauck of the singer’s bank, Bremer Bank, said property sales would generate much-needed cash to pay estimated estate and income tax liabilities, and ongoing estate administration bills.

The sale looks to be imminent.
