Ed Hartwell’s side of his split with Keshia Knight Pulliam

Hartwell added that in February he “had a sit-down” with his wife, who became the youngest-ever victor of an Emmy award for her role as Rudy Huxtable on the once-beloved NBC show. “And it’s not about me”, she said. “What I was trying to explain to her from my beliefs, especially since we didn’t have a long courtship, is that we should actually wait”. The couple has been married only seven months.

Pulliam indicates that it was Hartwell who cheated on her.

“Early on in my marriage when I was faced with this, I was ready to leave”, the actress said of Hartwell’s alleged infidelity.

While we had hoped these two could work things out, it doesn’t seem to be heading in that direction.

The news of the divorce came after The Cosby Show alum announced she was pregnant by posting a photo to Instagram with the caption, “Surprise!” “I hate that he doesn’t have that experience anymore”, she continued. Earlier this week, Pulliam accused Hartwell of cheating on her, after he requested a paternity test.

Pulliam said she nearly left Hartwell over his alleged infidelity. He told TheYBF.com that he wanted a paternity test because he isn’t sure if he’s the father.

Pulliam revealed that she is expecting a girl and conducted the interview without her wedding ring on, while saying that she’s not interested in staying married.

“I knew I couldn’t be silent, because this isn’t about money”, Keshia told Entertainment Tonight as she struggled to hold back her tears. I always say, ‘no regrets.’ You learn lessons. “I can’t say she was unfaithful”.

The actress said that once she discovered she was pregnant she decided “to give him that one last chance”. He begged … He said: ‘Please, I want my family, ‘ he said all the right things.

“In the process [of leaving him], I found out I was pregnant”, Pulliam shared with ET correspondent, Nischelle Turner.
