The Galaxy Note 7 also has a High Dynamic Range video streaming capability, enabling users to enjoy high-quality videos and games.

The new device features a curved 5.7inch QHD Super AMOLED Display and according to the company is able to stream HDR video. Last but not the least, the new handset brings an improved S Pen offering several new features including the ability to write under water.

Rumours are suggesting the Note 7 will cost around £750 and if this is true it will be one of the most expensive on the market.

It looks nearly identical to the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, curved screen and all, only a little more square at the corners, and with iPhone-style edges and lines at the top and bottom. With this promo, consumers that switch to T-Mobile will get $200 off the Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, or Galaxy Note 5. A U.S. version will feature a Snapdragon 820 process while the rest of the world will get the Exynos chipset. It gets even better with the storage as the newer model comes with 64GB and room to expand via a microSD card. The Iris scanner onboard can also be used to authenticate online payments via Samsung Pay. There’s also a fingerprint scanner, a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing one, plus of course a similar waterproof design, with a glass back and metal frame.

In fact, it is still at the top of its game. It can remain submerged in up to 1.5-metre deep water for up to 30 minutes. The best thing is that it has micro SD card support slots, of which Samsung Note 5 didn’t have. The feature makes it possible to unlock the smartphone simply by looking at it.

The new Galaxy Note features an iris scanner and an S-Pen that allows users to translate words.
