The mishap occured about halfway through the waterfront amphitheater concert, just after the performers moved to a secondary stage, according to concert-goer Katie Colbridge. An announcer advised the audience to remain calm. Organizers later chose to cancel the remainder of the show and clear the pavilion. Past names for the facility include the Tweeter Center and Susquehanna Bank Center.
