No, Frank Ocean’s album still hasn’t come out
Frank Ocean’s upcoming album is a follow-up to his Grammy-winning, critically-acclaimed “Channel Orange” which released three singles: “Thinkin Bout You”, “Pyramids”, and “Sweet Life”.

To the dismay of many, though, the looping video now shows only a desolate warehouse, and there’s still no sign of “Boys Don’t Cry” on the immediate horizon. They had previously thought the album was coming in July after he posted an image of a library card featuring a series of dates with “July 2016” standing out in red.
Fans have also noticed the hidden date but are far from impressed with the long wait and continuing delay.
The most recent due date was August 5, confirmed by the New York Times based on an unnamed source, but never referenced by Ocean’s cryptic clues.
When the album was first announced previous year, Ocean uploaded a picture of a magazine – also called Boys Don’t Cry – to Tumblr. One Twitter user lamented, “I refuse to listen to the new Frank Ocean album (if it ever comes out) because it can’t live up to the hype”. A digital version appears to have leaked on Tumblr with images including Ocean, 28, riding a tractor through the mud, a woman crying and a man with green hair placing his head in his hands.

With Frank Ocean’s album widely expected to have dropped last week, fans have been left disappointed yet again.
