Spoilers: Julia Stiles Discusses Her Major Scene In ‘Jason Bourne’

After The Bourne Legacy proved to be the goofy misfire everyone expected, the franchise jettisoned Jeremy Renner, something the planet Earth should consider given some of his misogynistic exploits. Bourne is out to pursue essential truths about a devastating past event, which involves Treadstone that questions his motives. what happened next in the movie and what is the main concept of the movie this is a surprise. When they needed to prove that James Bond wasn’t a Cold War relic, they did it by making him more like Jason Bourne.

Following Identity, there was The Bourne Supremacy (2004) and The Bourne Ultimatum (2007).

The spy game, already far from a martini-sipping affair in previous installments, is resolutely grim in “Jason Bourne”. In Jason Bourne, her character links up with Bourne once more and features in a pivotal moment that no one saw coming. Bourne has been off the grid for 10 years but he keeps vigil by practicing Underground Street fighting in Greece, probably because that location would make for a great first major action set piece, given it’s a country drowned in riots.

One of the most memorable scenes is the thrilling vehicle chase sequence that takes the audience to every corner of Las Vegas. We’ve seen Tommy Lee Jones play a similar villain just too many times.

Even though Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) would rather be left alone, he finds a new mission, which means it’s time for our hero to be Bourne again. Bourne then makes it his mission to go after the Central Intelligence Agency.

Regardless of the opinions, the film is faring well, but with a huge return comes significant fanfare and commercial recognition. It’s easy to assume everything is rolling off his back as he stumbles through more and more of the plot.

In an era of movies where nonstop action and over-the-top chase sequences can become mind numbing, the Bourne franchise brings objective to the action with intrigue and scenarios that could have been snatched from the latest global headlines.

There’s a big story going on in Jason Bourne, but I’m pretty sure Bourne himself has no idea it’s going on.

When she discovers someone has hacked confidential files that could dismantle the CIA she leads an effort to track down Bourne and bring him back to the agency. How did Bourne’s father die? You know you’ve done a bad thing when you make a movie so bad it makes other movies bad. For two hours and three minutes he puts on a graduate school course in frenetic direction.

To clarify: That isn’t to say Jason Bourne is totally unwatchable. This movie is produced by Frank Marshall, Gregory Goodman Paul Greengrass, Matt Damon, Jeffrey M. Weiner, and Ben Smith. The characters are uninteresting, the twists are typical of the franchise, and it seems like 90 percent of the movie is people getting into position for operations as opposed to the operations themselves.

Jason Bourne is an action film after all, and so, Greengrass doesn’t linger too long before shifting the action to Vegas, where tension again simmers just like in Greece. And his past has resurfaced thanks to a tip from an old friend, Nicky Parsons (Julia Stiles).

Art Tebbel is a writer/actor living in Los Angeles. But Greengrass has done an incredible job with his directing style: Jittery handheld shots that frame up the characters up close.
