Donald Trump is running a campaign that is based on fear and anger, but voters are evaluating the candidates based on their qualifications to lead the country.

The Clinton campaign seems to be increasingly less anxious about Virginia. Almost three-quarters of registered voters – 74 percent – said they disapproved of how Trump managed the situation.
She is expected to speak to the Detroit Economic Club on Thursday.
Trump’s attacks on Clinton flowed as he once again referred Clinton as unstable, unbalanced and “totally unhinged”.
On Friday, Clinton said she had “short-circuited” when she characterized FBI Director James Comey as having said she had been truthful about her email server. He also said he would place a “moratorium” on any new regulations. The current top individual tax rate is 39.6 percent.
A senior campaign aide says the proposal would be aimed at working and middle class families and that it would include an income limit, though the person declined to say how much. The person spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss details ahead of the speech’s delivery. Clinton has 92 percent of support among self-identified Democrats – a jump from the 86 percent that said they supported her before the GOP convention.
She has proposed capping families’ expenditures at 10 percent of a family’s income, in addition to making four-year-old preschool available to all kids and to providing 12 weeks of paid family leave to help new parents.
Trump has been struggling after a string of gaffes.
“(Trump) has had a very hard few weeks.
“When we were governed by the America first policy, Detroit was still booming”, Trump said.
Clinton has nothing listed on her public schedule until Monday, when she makes campaign appearances in Florida and New York City. “Ours is the campaign of the future”.
Trump’s event will begin at 11:30 a.m.

But his speech was interrupted more than 10 times by a series of shouting protesters, who were escorted out of the hall by security officials.
It was unclear what the women were shouting.
Clinton’s lead is stronger among women than men. One person in the crowd shouted, “We love you, Trump!”. “The people put you on the ballot, they pass the petitions, they raise money so you can go to Congress”.
Things aren’t getting better for Trump because much of the country is in the process of deciding that he is unqualified and unfit to be president.
With few exceptions, Trump provided more of a philosophical basis for an economic plan than a series of specifics.
“Tax simplification will be a major feature of the plan”, he added, saying his plan reduces tax brackets from seven to three brackets in order to stream line the process. In a shift from the plan he proposed during the primary season, he increased the tax rate that the highest-earning Americans would pay.
But adding a tax deduction for child care will have a cost. The Texas Tribune reports the video of Bush’s remarks was taken Saturday at meeting for state party activists.

Of those surveyed, 73% – including 59% of Republicans – said they disapprove of Trump’s handling of the situation. Former presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush have also withheld their support.
