Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho: ‘Paul Pogba has everything’
Pogba’s return to his old club United was confirmed in the early hours of Tuesday morning, with the French worldwide costing a fee of 89 million pounds ($115.74 million) according to British media reports. Speaking about the move, Paul stated “I am delighted to rejoin United”. It has always been a club with a special place in my heart and I am really looking forward to working with José Mourinho. I enjoyed the time I spent at Juventus. What they lack (ed) was real a championship-caliber manager and top class players to bring silverware back to Old Trafford. “I didn’t finish what I started here so I think I came here to finish it”.

“Juventus will always be a part of me and I will always miss, love and be grateful to the club, the team and especially the supporters”.
“That became the thing that kids were trying to copy in playgrounds up and down the country and I’m hoping as a youth developer that Pogba can have the same effect”. “If I had arrived earlier, I’d have fought for him”, Mourinho told Sport TV.
Paul Pogba is a sublimely talented player, capable of functioning in many different roles, but (as Euro 2016 further proved) he operates best on the left side of a midfield three, often struggling when forced to play deeper in a double pivot, or when asked to dictate the pace of the game. At 23, he has the chance to make that position his own here over many years.
Pogba can be sure he’ll be a guaranteed starter this time round at Old Trafford, with Mourinho saying the midfielder “has the chance to be at the heart of this club for the next decade and beyond”.
United has missed out on some of its No. 1 transfer targets in previous offseasons – notably Gareth Bale and Cesc Fabregas in 2013 – but was determined to push this one through, even if it meant paying a fee widely regarded as overpriced.
How much will Pogba cost?
The Frenchman’s move to Old Trafford surpasses Gareth Bale’s move to Real Madrid from Tottenham in 2013 by almost £84.7 million. Furthermore, a fee of ranging between £15-20 million is believed to be paid to Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola.

What will Paul Pogba’s wages be?
“The Premier League is the flawless habitat for that”.
“This transfer took so long because it was a huge decision and involved lots of thinking and work”, Pogba wrote on Instagram (via The Guardian).
He embraces a number of club staff before undertaking an interview with MUTV. I’m feeling now when I see him at the training ground with people he knows since he was a kid.
