There have been rumours that Everton are considering a move for the France global, but the 26-year-old has suggested that he wants to prove himself to new United manager Jose Mourinho. Blind’s best asset is probably his intelligence on the pitch and in games where we need a level headed player to come on and calm a game down or to help see it out, he’s the ideal substitute to bring on. Many have written off the Dutch worldwide as one of the players who is set to leave Old Trafford after two seasons with the club.

Of the players who did travel, Mourinho gave majority a chance to impress with the Portuguese making 11 changes in the second half against Galatasaray.
The 34-year-old joined the first team only last week following his arrival this month after being given extra time off after Euro 2016, where Sweden were eliminated in the group stage.

“Of course it was awesome to hear this from Mourinho and he said he will keep an eye on how I do this season”. To win titles you have to improve and if we can do that then we have a great chance to win titles this season.
While it’s not quite enough to suggest that the 53-year-old is ready to move for the winger and take him to Old Trafford, it will certainly be interesting to see whether or not he changes his mind in the future. “There’s no need to rush into anything – I’m taking my time, taking it steady”.
