Hammers sign Ayew for club-record fee
The officials banking sponsors of the Black Stars have congratulated Ghana’s deputy captain Andre Dede Ayew following his move to West Ham United in a record signing.

Ayew’s contract with the Swans had three more years to run but he was allowed to leave the club he joined only a season ago.
The 23-year-old striker scored 18 goals in 34 appearances for La Liga minnows Eibar last season and is due for a medical with the Welsh side in the coming days.
New West Ham United signing Andre Ayew has sent a heartfelt message to Swansea City through social media website Twitter. Management and Staff of uniBank wish you the best success with your new club.
The forward was quoted as saying: “I am very proud and happy to be at this magnificent Club”.
Ayew and left-back Arthur Masuaku arrived at the London Stadium today, following Ashley Fletcher, Havard Nordveit, Gokhan Tore, Sofiane Feghouli and Arthur Masuaku in joining the Hammers during the close-season.
West Ham is also competing in the Europa League, so Bilic will use plenty of players on four different fronts, and will apparently set his priorities on the Premier League.
‘I want to give back to the manager and the fans the confidence they are showing me’.
Ayew, who played alongside Dimitri Payet at Marseille before joining Swansea on a free transfer past year, becomes West Ham’s sixth signing of the summer as they prepare for their opening campaign at the London Stadium.

West Ham secured a 7th place finish in the League last season, and while they almost qualified for the Champions League, they slipped towards the end of the campaign and had to settle for the Europa League.
