Samsung has just unleashed its stunning new Note 7 on the world.

Adding an extra security feature, the iris scanner enables only the owner of a device to use the smartphone. The “productivity” driven Note 7 will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on an Exynos 8890 processor (Snapdragon 820 for US), with 4GB RAM.

For capturing images, it uses a rear camera of F1.7 12-megapixel and and 5-megapixel F1.7 front camera. It comes with 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded upto 200GB. The phone also comes with a USB Type-C port, a first for the Samsung device.

It is also the first time for an S-Pen to have a translation feature.

For security, the phablet is expected to boast a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button up front, and an iris scanner as well. The stylus is upgraded and lot of hardware is similar to the Samsung S7 Edge.

The South Korean brand said that it has sold nearly 2.3 million units of the Galaxy Note series up through version 5 in Taiwan.
