The wait is over, or maybe it’s just beginning, but either way, the “Gilmore Girls” has a release date for its Netflix reboot: November 25.
The show will consist of four episodes, each of which is an hour and a half long.
Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel are headlining the “Gilmore Girls” revival as Lorelai and Rory, respectively.
In the clip, Lorelai wonders aloud whether or not Amy Schumer would like her. Rory responds that Schumer probably wouldn’t, since the comedian is always photographed enjoying “watersports”, a.k.a. jetskiing and other in-the-water activities (like on her high-profile vacation with new pal Jennifer Lawrence last summer).
The site managed to beat earnings-per-share estimates recently, but this news has not been enough to help its business plan.
McCarthy and Graham “have a weird Lucy-and-Ethel thing that you kind of have to just see it to understand it”, Sherman-Palladino said.
During the TCA panel discussion, Amy and Dan did not comment on the show’s future after the four episodes, but Pattterson did not rule out the possibility of more “Gilmore Girls”.
Of course, with the trailer being “Gilmore Girls”, even before Rory makes her argument, Lorelai goes on about weapons, vampires and the corpse flower.
As we all know, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will be broken up into four 90-minute “chapters” and those chapters will be coming to us at midnight Pacific Time on Friday, Nov. 25! “For me it was really satisfying”, she said.
What better way to tease Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life than a candid conversation between Lorelai and Rory Gilmore?

A trailer offering a first look at the new series attracted nearly one million views on YouTube in its first 24 hours online.
