Judicial Watch: Hillary Clinton, Top aides ignore court request to produce
“Mrs. Clinton doesn’t certify she turned over all federal data and supplies no info on the extent that Abedin and Mills used her server”.

While Sullivan’s order sought personal confirmation from all three former officials that they’d turned over all related records as well as details of any use Mills and Abedin made of Clinton’s email server, neither of the two aides sent a personal declaration to the court.
Saying “America’s approach to Cuba is at a crossroads”, Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton called for an end to the 53-year-old Cuban trade embargo in Miami on Friday. “Huma Abedin did have such an account, which was used at times for government business”, Clinton declared.
“Clinton’s declaration fails to adjust to each Decide Sullivan’s courtroom order and the State Division’s request”, Judicial Watch charged in a information launch Monday. The newly added legal aspect could prompt them to ramp up their attacks in new ways, too, including calling for court action against Clinton.
The group is seeking records on the employment of a top Clinton aide, Huma Abedin.
Clinton has been forced to address the controversy several times on the campaign trail since she launched her bid in April and has clearly begun to take a toll on her poll numbers, with her support slipping in several crucial swing states. “Following our production on August 10, 2015 [of the defense counsel’s version of the electronic records], we have instructed her to delete any and all electronic records in her possession”, reported the Observer and Judicial Watch.
U.S. District Court judge Emmet Sullivan issued the order late Friday in response to an urgent request from the watchdog group Judicial Watch, which is suing the State Department over its failure to produce records related to a special work arrangement granted to Huma Abedin, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff at State. “It is of the utmost importance that all federal records in the possession of Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin, and Ms. Mills be returned to Defendant to enable Defendant to conduct a search reasonably calculated to uncover all responsive records”.

But “any destruction of federal court records” would “blatantly” disregard an order that Sullivan issued late last month, Judicial Watch wrote to Sullivan. The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about Hillary Clinton’s email records. In a court filing later Monday (posted here), Judicial Watch attorney Michael Bekesha complained that her submission didn’t really advance the case. “This declaration raises more questions than it answers and shows contempt for the court”.
